Glint (glint.pics) is a guest photo and video collection service made by Vector9. Guests scan a QR code or open a link and upload straight from their phone's browser, with no app and no account, and every file lands at full quality in the host's own Google Drive. Glint works for weddings and for every other kind of event, from birthdays and reunions to graduations and company events.

If you've ever been to a wedding, you know the drill. Someone creates a WhatsApp group. A few people post photos. Most forget. The couple spends weeks chasing camera rolls and iMessage threads, and they still end up missing half the best moments. The photos are out there, scattered across a hundred phones, but they never quite make it home.
The tools that exist to solve this are either dated-looking or built to expire your photos, or worse, they keep them on their servers rather than in yours. Your own wedding memories, held hostage behind a paywall and an expiration date. That never sat right with us.
So we built Glint, first for our own wedding in 2026, and then for every host who wants the same thing. One beautiful link. Guests scan and upload. No app, no account, no friction. - Glint sends every photo and video guests upload straight into a folder in the host's own Google Drive, as full-quality originals named by date, time and guest. Glint uses Google's drive.file permission, one of the most limited permissions Google offers, so Glint can see only the files and folders it creates, never the rest of the host's Drive. Glint does not store the photos or videos, only the details its dashboard needs, such as each guest's name and each file's name. The files never expire, because they live in the host's own Drive, and Glint removes one only when the host deletes it from the dashboard. How the Drive connection works.

- On every Glint plan, the free one included, guests can upload photos and videos up to 500 MB a file by default, and the host can raise that per event to as much as 1.5 GB. iPhone HEIC photos arrive in the host's Drive as untouched originals. Files over 4 MB upload in 4 MB resumable pieces, each retried automatically up to four times on a weak signal. Guests can add their name and a message of up to 500 characters. From the dashboard, the host can hide or delete any upload, one at a time or in bulk: hiding keeps the file in their Drive, and deleting removes it from Drive as well. The host can also give every event its own cover photo and custom link.

- Glint's free plan covers one event, with 50 uploads over 30 days, the live dashboard, video, and the same per-file size as a paid event. The Event Pass is $29 once per event, at any guest count, and unlocks every feature Glint has today: unlimited uploads, 12 months of access, the shared gallery, the live slideshow, the full QR designer, your own accent and text colors on the guest page and gallery, and no Glint branding on the guest upload page. Both access windows run from the day the event is created, and a free event upgrades in place, keeping its link and QR code. The Event Bundle is $45 for 3 events, and its slots never expire. Glint's core (the upload link and QR code, the live dashboard, and full-quality uploads straight to the host's own Drive) came first: we built it for our own wedding, before this record begins. Since July 2026, Glint has added a shared gallery, a live slideshow for a TV or projector, the ability to hide any upload on every plan, and room for longer videos. Already live by our first update: custom QR codes, a live dashboard and full-quality video
By Glint's first journal update, the core of the product was already in hosts' hands: a QR code designer (four presets, custom colors and a center logo, downloaded as a PNG or an SVG), a real-time dashboard with live counts of every upload, and full-quality photos and videos, iPhone HEIC included, saved straight to the host's Drive. Today every plan has the live dashboard, full-quality photo and video uploads, and a QR code to download as a PNG or an SVG. The full QR designer comes with the Event Pass and the Event Bundle.
The Event Pass and the Event Bundle
Glint's paid plans launched: the Event Pass, one payment for one event with no subscription, and the Event Bundle, 3 event slots in one purchase. Everything guests upload still goes straight to the host's own Drive, with no renewal fee to keep it.
The shared gallery
Glint's shared gallery lets guests browse every photo and video at its own link, separate from the upload code. Guests can leave hearts and download full-quality originals; hearts and photo downloads start switched on, and each has its own host switch. An optional 4 to 6 digit access code limits who can open the gallery, and the host chooses view and upload, view only, or upload only. Every image streams from the host's Drive, and Glint keeps no copy. The gallery stays off until the host turns it on. The shared gallery comes with the Event Pass and the Event Bundle.
The live slideshow, and hiding uploads
Glint's live slideshow fills a TV or projector from a browser and shows a new upload about twenty seconds after it arrives while photos are flowing, or within a minute or so in a lull. The host sets how long each photo holds (five, eight or twelve seconds), photos only or videos played in full, the corner QR code, and whether each photo carries the guest's name and message; written messages also appear as full-screen quote cards between the photos. Every so often, whether or not the corner code is on, the QR code fills the whole screen so more guests scan and join in, and it comes round more often when uploads slow down. The slideshow comes with the Event Pass and the Event Bundle. The same day, hosts on every plan gained the ability to hide any upload from the gallery and the slideshow, while the file stays in their Drive.
Room for longer videos
A Glint host can now raise an event's per-file limit from the default of 500 MB to as much as 1.5 GB, on every plan, so long 4K videos upload intact at original quality.
