Two of these need a word of explanation. The shared gallery is a link guests browse on their phones; the live slideshow is a screen at the event itself, showing photos about twenty seconds after a guest uploads them while photos are flowing, and up to a minute or so in a lull.

What counts as an event?
An event is a single occasion like a wedding, engagement party, or birthday celebration. Each event gets its own page, QR code, and upload folder in your Google Drive.
Is Glint free?
Yes. Every account includes a free event with 50 uploads and 30 days of access, no card required. It's the easiest way to try Glint end-to-end before trusting it with a day you can't repeat.
How much does Glint cost?
One event with unlimited uploads, a custom QR code, a shared gallery your guests can browse, the live slideshow for a screen at the event, and 12-month access is a one-time $19 Event Pass (launch price, $29 after launch). Three events are $45 with the Event Bundle, and those three slots never expire, so you can use the last one years from now. No subscription, and the photos stay in your Google Drive.
Can I create multiple events?
Yes. Your free account includes 1 event. Purchase Event Passes for additional events - $19 each or 3 for $45. There's no limit to how many you can create.
How do Event Passes work?
Each Event Pass unlocks one event slot with full features: unlimited uploads, custom QR codes, no branding, a shared gallery your guests can browse, the live slideshow for a screen at the event, and 12-month access. Buy them from your dashboard whenever you need another event.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests just scan the QR code or tap the link. No app download, no signup, no login. They select their photos and upload. That's it.
What file types can guests upload?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (iPhone photos), MP4, and MOV videos. We support all common photo and video formats from any phone.
Is there a file size limit?
Individual files can be up to 500 MB by default, and you can raise your own event to 1.5 GB. Photos are typically 2-10 MB, and even long videos fit comfortably.
What happens when my access window expires?
Your guest upload page stops accepting new uploads. But every file already uploaded stays in your Google Drive permanently. You own those files, not us.
Can I buy more Event Passes later?
Absolutely. Buy them anytime from your dashboard. Each pass unlocks one new event with full features.
Can I use Glint for non-wedding events?
Of course. Family reunions, birthdays, corporate events, baby showers, graduation parties, conferences - any gathering where you want to collect photos from the people who were there. If you host something every year, the Event Bundle's three slots never expire, so you can hold them until you need them.
How does Google Drive sync work?
When you sign up, you connect your Google Drive via a secure OAuth connection. We can only access files that Glint creates. We can't see or touch anything else in your Drive. Every guest upload goes directly to a folder in your Drive.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Photos go directly to your Google Drive, not our servers. We only store metadata (file names, upload times). Your Google connection uses OAuth2 with one of the most restrictive scopes available.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Full refund any time before your event, and up to 7 days after it. Email us at hello@glint.pics.
